The comfortably furnished Old Quarters King Suite is located on the second floor of the house’s original servants’ quarters. This once stand-alone, two-story brick dependency building is now physically connected to the historic main house structure and is accessed by an exterior staircase entry. Enjoy the beautiful balcony view of the courtyard and fountain below — a perfect place to take in the historic surroundings.
This bedroom offers a king-sized bed, high speed WIFI, Roku Smart TV, iron and ironing board, individual thermostat control, seating area, K-cup coffee maker, mini refrigerator, private bathroom with a walk-in shower, toiletries, priority reservations to our onsite restaurant, and a complimentary Southern-style breakfast followed by an informative orientation video and self guided house tour. Pets are not allowed inside of the old quarters rooms but are welcomed in all carriage house rooms.

Does Anchuca have private parking for guests?
Yes! Anchuca offers a small parking area that provides eight off-street parking spaces for guests on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional guest parking is available on First East Street, Adams Street, and Cherry Street.
For added peace of mind, our private and public parking areas all feature LED security lighting and high-definition security cameras.

Early check-ins are not always possible: as an AAA “Inspected Clean” property, our team follows strict guidelines so our cleaning protocols will continue to be scientifically validated as effective by trained and unannounced AAA inspectors.
