Nestled in a private enclosure on grounds of Anchuca, this circa 1890’s home exudes “Southern Charm.” With three bedrooms and one bathroom, this house is ideal for families or someone who desires more privacy while enjoying all the amenities Anchuca Historic Mansion & Inn has to offer. Extra features include access to the swimming pool and grounds of Anchuca, covered parking, high-speed WIFI, Roku Smart TVs, iron and ironing board, high ceilings, beautiful front porch, individual thermostat control, K-cup coffee maker, refrigerator, private bathroom, toiletries, priority reservations to our onsite restaurant, and a complimentary Southern-style breakfast followed by an informative orientation video and self guided house tour. Pets are not allowed inside of the guest house but are welcomed in all carriage house rooms.

Does Anchuca have private parking for guests?

Yes! Anchuca offers a small parking area that provides eight off-street parking spaces for guests on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional guest parking is available on First East Street, Adams Street, and Cherry Street.

For added peace of mind, our private and public parking areas all feature LED security lighting and high-definition security cameras.

Is breakfast included with my stay?

Yes! Included with every stay at Anchuca is a traditional, Southern-style breakfast served between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. in the Café.

When is guest check-in and check-out?

Guest check-in is 3 p.m. and guest check-out is by 11 a.m.

May I request a later check-out?

Yes! Our team makes every effort to accomodate our guests’ wishes whenever possible.

Late check-outs are allowed depending on our upcoming room availability. Late check-outs add an additional fee of $25 to your stay. To request a late check-out, please call 601.661.0111 or visit the front desk.

May I request an earlier check-in?

Early check-ins are not always possible: as an AAA “Inspected Clean” property, our team follows strict guidelines so our cleaning protocols will continue to be scientifically validated as effective by trained and unannounced AAA inspectors.
